The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties and public utility facilities in the Municipality of Przelewice in the period from 01.01.2023 to 31.12.2023. The order is divided into 2 parts. I part: The scope of the contract is the collection and management (recovery or disposal) of municipal waste indicated in the description of the order from real estate located in the Municipality of Przelewice, where residents live, in a way that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for re-use and recovery by other methods and reducing the weight of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to landfill. The subject of the contract also includes the provision of a Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) for the purpose of collecting and managing municipal waste from the inhabitants of the Przelewice commune, which will be located at a distance of no more than 35 km from the seat of the Przelewice Commune Office. Part II: The subject of the contract is the export of waste mixed from public utility facilities and municipal cemeteries located in the Municipality of Przelewice.
