Provider sought for a Learning Management System to monitor staff learning and development, including mandatory training and talent management, as well as an Applicant Tracking and Onboarding System to streamline talent acquisition and new hire integration.
Learning Management System and Applicant Tracking Onboarding System. The Trust is looking for a provider of both a Learning Management System and an Applicant Tracking and Onboarding System. Learning Management System South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYFT) would like to contract an experienced provider(s) to support in delivering an online learning management system to enable the monitoring and evaluation of staff learning, development, performance and talent. As part of this we would like the system to be able to record mandatory training requirements, clinical and non-clinical development. It would be desirable for the system to facilitate blended online learning techniques through a variety of media and interactive technologies. We are looking for the system to have the options and facility to record and monitor staff appraisals and have talent management tools. Applicant Tracking and Onboarding System South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust (SWYFT) invites submissions to tender for the provision of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Onboarding System. As we embark on enhancing our recruitment and onboarding processes, we recognise the pivotal role that these systems play in streamlining talent acquisition and facilitating the seamless integration of new hires into the Trust. We are seeking innovative solutions that align with our organisational needs and objectives, offering robust features for candidate management, application tracking, electronic document management, task assignment, new hire orientation, and compliance tracking.
