The objective of the procurement and resulting contract will be to ensure that our properties meet our objective of Well Maintained, Safe and Sustainable Homes, by having a planned testing and maintenance programme for our water supplies that meet all the regulatory requirements. Building Safety must always remain 100% compliant.
