open procedure for the assignment by means of a framework agreement with a single economic operator pursuant to art. 54 of d.lgs. 50/2016 of the engineering and architecture services related to the design and supervision of works for extraordinary maintenance, energy efficiency and adaptation of school buildings

by way of example and not exhaustively, the activities covered by the contract will be divided into:

• design of the technical-economic feasibility study

construction management, testing assistance, acceptance tests (art.148, D.P.R. 207/10);

• liquidation (art.194, paragraph 1, Presidential Decree 207/10), reporting and technical accounting settlement (EC REG. 1698/2005 and subsequent amendments);

• coordination and supervision of the works management office (art.148, paragraph 2, Presidential Decree 207/2010);

• construction management office, for each employee with the qualification of site inspector (art.150, D.P.R. 207/2010);

• works management office, for each employee with the qualification of operational director "geologist" (art.149, D.P.R. 207/2010);

• accounting of tailor-made works (art.185, D.P.R. 207/10);

• accounting of body work (art.185, D.P.R. 207/10);

the list of services shall be described in the tender documents.
