— competence architecture, design office structure;

— landscape competence, environmental quality, energy performance and sustainable construction;

— Fluid management skills (HVAC, plumbing, strong and low current, SSI);

— VRD competence.

The tasks entrusted to the project management team are as follows: Basic Missions + Complementary Missions: OPC/SSI/Hand.

The amount of compensation for each of the three candidates selected in the bid phase amounts to EUR 12 000 excluding VAT.

The negotiating procedure will take place in two stages: an application phase (selection of three teams) and a tender phase.
