The subject of the invitation to tender is the implementation and documentation of periodic inspections of mobile and stationary electrical equipment and systems of the client's employees in the home office in accordance with DGUV regulation 3 in conjunction with DIN VDE 0701-0702. The examinations are to be carried out at the employees' places of residence, which are located throughout Germany and occasionally in neighbouring countries.
The tests include both initial tests and repeat tests after the expiry of the relevant test interval. The initial inspections must be carried out within the first 24 months of the maximum 4-year contract period.
The requirement to inspect mobile electrical installations results from § 14 of the Industrial Safety Ordinance in the current version, the regulations of the employers' liability insurance association and .dem regulations of the accident insurance funds (DGUV V3).
The tests are to be carried out on the basis of the following technical rules for operational safety (TRBS).
- TRBS 1111 Risk assessment and safety assessment
- TRBS 1201 Testing of work equipment and systems requiring monitoring
- TRBS 1203 Qualified Persons - General Requirements
