1. The subject of the contract is the delivery and assembly of furniture equipment, medical equipment, rehabilitation equipment, identification system with a graphics hanging system and a queue system, respectively:

1) furniture and furniture in specialist (treatment) offices, specialist clinics, doctor's offices, mother's rooms, play corners, waiting rooms, cloakrooms, bathrooms, isolation rooms, darkrooms, social rooms, registration, cleaning rooms, collection points, POZ service rooms, plaster rooms, kitchenettes, corridors, warehouses, call center, basement, on the ground floor

and first floor; in the work rooms of the clinic manager, massage rooms

and hydromassage, warehouses, patient cloakrooms, social rooms, reception-registration, group classes, treatment rooms, rehabilitation rooms, doctor's offices, work room of the rehabilitation manager on the first floor; director's offices, work rooms, secretariats, conference rooms, chancellery, utility and cleaning rooms, waiting rooms, social facilities, corridor on the second floor, in accordance with the attached list of parameters and required conditions;

2) medical equipment in doctors' offices, treatment rooms, specialist clinics on the ground floor and first floor, in accordance with the attached list of parameters and required conditions;

3) rehabilitation equipment in group classes, rehabilitation rooms, laser treatment rooms and physical therapy rooms, in accordance with the attached list of parameters and required conditions;

4) identification system with a system of hanging graphics on the ground floor, first floor, in accordance with the attached list of parameters and required conditions;

5) queue system on the ground floor and on the first floor, in accordance with the attached list of parameters and required conditions;
