The purpose of the contract is the 24/7 outsourcing of RENATER infrastructures via an operational structure referred to in this document as "NOC" (Network Operations Center).

The expected outsourcing services are the provision:- Composed operating functions:- An interactive voice server acting as a one-stop call;- User support to CORES;- Supervision and metrology services;- Management services for incidents, events and problems encountered;- Services for processing change requests;- Configuration management services;- Use and management of the alias" noc-renater@noc-renater.fr ";- Transition functions composed of:- Deployment and production services;- Establishment, validation and implementation of complex configurations- Knowledge management services and network repositories;- Implementation and management of a configuration validation platform as well as a "buffer" stock for equipment;- Improvement functions and life-related services and Contract management composed of:- Regular monitoring reports;- An updated capacity plan;- Adapted governance;- Decision and planning support;- Service design assistance (engineering, expertise) and assistance to the project manager;- Reversibility or transferability services at the end of the contract.
