1. The object of the contract is a service for the collection and development of municipal waste from property inhabited within the Municipality of Nowa Ducha and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, in a way that ensures that adequate levels of recycling are achieved, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage

The object of the order is the collection and management (recovery or disposal), indicated in the description of the order, municipal waste

from inhabited properties located within the Municipality of Nowa Ducha and from the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in Kozłów Biskupim, in a way that ensures adequate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods and limiting mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended), of the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2021, item 779 of (d.), the Resolution of the Sejmik of the Mazowiecki Voivodeship on the implementation of the Waste Management Plan for the Masovian Voivodeship 2024 and the provisions of the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order on the territory of Nowa Ducha Municipality.

A) Multifamily development.

(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biowaste.

Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and biowaste will be collected in containers set up in destined locations.

The frequency of export of waste by the Contractor will be carried out on a schedule drawn up by the Contractor in consultation with the Contracting Authority

from the site:

Rokotów blocks and tenants of apartments above the Health Center in Nowa Suchej

- 1 time every 2 weeks, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

b) Selectively harvested municipal waste (paper, plastics, metals, multi-cartridges, packaging of colored and white glass)

Selective collection of municipal waste on the multi-family development site will be held in specialized containers and at the Selective Collection of Municipal Waste (PSZOK) in Kozłów Biskupim.

The frequency of exports by the Contractor of selectively collected waste will be carried out on a timetable drawn up by the Contractor in the arrangement

with the Ordering Party from the site:

- Rokotów Blocks

(a) glass containers — 1 time every 3 months, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

(b) containers for plastic, metals, multi-aerial packaging — 1 time every 4 weeks, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

c) Paper containers — 3 times a year, in hours (7.00-20.00)

- Tenants of apartments on the Health Centre in Nowa Suchej

(a) glass container — 1 time every 3 months, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

(b) container for plastic, metals and multi-aerial packaging — 1 time every 4 weeks, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

c) Paper containers — 3 times a year, in hours (7.00-20.00)

The Contractor provides multi-family built-in containers for:

- waste mixed in an amount of 5 pcs with a capacity of 1100l, in addition 2 pcs of 1100l metal container for ash,

- waste selectively harvested in a quantity of 5 pcs in yellow, 4 pcs in blue, 4 pcs in green

B) Single-family development.

(a) Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste.

Unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers of 120 litres and 240 litres.

The frequency of exports by the Contractor of non-segregated (mixed) waste shall be carried out on a timetable drawn up by the Contractor in consultation with the Contracting Authority:

- 1 once a month, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

(b) Selectively collected municipal waste (paper, plastics, metals, multi-aerial packaging, colored and white glass packaging).

The frequency of exports by the Contractor of selectively collected waste will be carried out on a timetable drawn up by the Contractor in the arrangement

with the Ordering Party:

(a) bags in green for glass — 1 time every 3 months, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

(b) bags in blue for paper — 3 times a year, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),

(c) bags in yellow for plastic, metals and multi-cartridges — 1 time every 4 weeks, in hours (7.00 — 20.00),
