We would like to examine possible improvements in the organisation structure and processes in order to ensure that we are moving quicker towards our goals. We are looking for assistance for this in this contest.

We would like to examine possible improvements in the organisation structure and processes in order to ensure that we are moving quicker towards our goals. We therefore started a project in autumn 2022 that will identify structures and processes that ought to be changed/further developed in order to achieve a faster pace in reaching our goals. We would like to simplify interaction across the board, remove unnecessary complexity, and optimise our core processes.

The work will start in August 2022 with the final delivery to the Broadcasting Manager at the end of the year.

In order to carry out the project, we would like to join up with expertise on organisation design and process optimisation, in addition to project capacity. The project will be organised with management and project resources from NRK.
