The subject of the contract is to take out a long-term loan in the amount of PLN 3,390,000.00 to repay previously incurred liabilities under loans and credits and to finance the planned budget deficit.

1. The loan will be taken out and repaid in Polish Polish zlotys (PLN), and in the event of Poland joining the EURO zone, the loan will be converted without additional fees.

2. Loan amount: PLN 3,390,000.00 (say: three million three hundred ninety thousand zlotys 00/100).
