The Danish Ministry of Defence Materiel and Procurement (FMI) is conducting a tender for a contract for a tender platform such as Software as a Service (SaaS).
The purpose of the acquisition is to replace the client's current procurement platform Ethics. The new Solution must meet the customer's requirements and enable the publication and execution of market research, mini-tenders, tenders in dynamic purchasing systems, e-auctions, tenders and negotiated procedures, etc. in accordance with the Danish Public Procurement Act and the Defence and Security Directive. The solution must be integrated with the Official Journal of the European Union (ted.europa.eu) website. The solution will support the work of the client's more than 100 sourcing managers, handle 100,000 financial players and be managed by a few administrators. As part of the contract, relevant staff at the customer must be trained in the application of the Solution at a basic level, and a small group must be trained in the application at an advanced level (so-called super users). The contract shall include delivery, operation and maintenance of the Solution, options to purchase additional licenses from sourcing managers and administrators, as well as options to purchase minor development services for the Solution.
