Description:
Conception, planning and implementation of an international online marketing campaign

For the conception, planning and implementation of a wide-reaching and attention-grabbing international online marketing campaign for the years 2021 and 2022, Rheinland-Pfalz Tourismus GmbH is looking for an accompanying agency as soon as possible. The newly developed business location brand of the State of Rhineland-Palatinate, the Rhineland-Palatinate content strategy and the requirements for the defined focus areas, business areas and source markets (Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, Austria, France and Great Britain) must be taken into account and implemented accordingly.

The following services are the subject of the contract and should be provided by the agency after the contract has been awarded:

- Strategic campaign planning, advice and conception of a tourist online marketing campaign (cross-channel campaign) in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Switzerland, Austria and Great Britain,

- Development and implementation of a marketing and action plan as part of the online marketing campaign for the 3 main focus of the annual campaign, season extension (autumn / winter) and visibility (DSA campaign). Among other things, the videos already produced for the annual campaign and the existing online / social media channels should also be taken into account. If further channels are to be introduced and integrated as part of the international online marketing campaign (e.g. a French Facebook fan page), full service support for the contractor (including structure, maintenance and content) during the contract period is as well to ensure an implementable concept for the continuation of the channel (s) afterwards. If additional content in the form of texts, graphics, etc. is required as part of the online marketing campaign, this must be created by the contractor as part of the order budget,

- Development and graphic implementation of campaign-specific advertisements and designs (creative concept) taking into account the campaign motto “Treasure Chamber Rhineland-Palatinate” and the specifications from the brand manual (brand claim: your golden time) in English language versions (“Your golden time in Rhineland-Palatinate "), Dutch (" Gouden tijden in Rijnland-Palts ") and French (" Votre temps d "or en Rhénanie-Palatinat") and taking into account the content manual Rhineland-Palatinate. The specifications for the key visuals for the annual campaign 2021 will be given to the contractor Provided by the RPT for the implementation of the online marketing advertisements in the respective language versions,

- Media planning and implementation of digital campaigns (search engines, social media, display, etc.),

- Translations into English, Dutch and French for the online marketing campaign,

- Ongoing review of campaign performance and continuous optimization of the measures implemented, including ongoing reporting,

- Evaluation and overall evaluation (final report) of the online marketing campaign.
