2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, as well as the requirements and rules for the performance of the contract are in Annex 5 - Description of the subject of the contract and in the model contract, constituting Annex 4 to the ToR.

3. The procedure is conducted in the form of an open tender with an estimated value above the amount specified in the regulations issued on the basis of art. 11 paragraph 8 of the PPL Act with the application of art. 24aa. the so-called. reverse procedure.
