The contract concerns the implementation of a project for the enhancement and management of municipal real estate structures “Casa Bossi Monumental Complex” and “Former Civic Slaughterhouse”, subject to the establishment of the” Piedmont Valorization and Innovation Fund” to which the aforementioned assets will be transferred. The duration of the fund is set at 17 years (seventeen), with starting from 01/02/2022.
