The city of Rietberg set the course very early on "energy transition" and "role model function". The decision of the climate protection concept with the two outstanding objectives "climate-neutral city administration 2022" and "balance energy self-sufficiency urban area Rietberg 2030" is the basis of the action. Since then, many projects have been successfully implemented and others are being actively promoted. Awards and prizes such as "Master Plan 100% Climate Protection Municipality 2016-2020", "eea GOLD Municipality" and "Municipality in a New Light" strengthen the motivation of the acting actors.

The project "Climate-neutral city administration Rietberg 2022 - with motivation and innovation to the goal" is funded with funds from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) 2014-2020. Part of this tender are the measures for climate-neutral heat supply.

The contract includes freelance planning services.

The following services should be awarded:

- Structural design (phases 1-6 in accordance with HOAI § 51 in conjunction with Annex 14, including constructive fire protection).

The required services are based on the performance images of the HOAI. The client reserves the right to a step-by-step and, if applicable, construction section-based commissioning. In the first stage, it is planned to commission work phases 1-4.
