LMETB proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a single party framework agreement for the provision of a Virtual Learning Facility. The platform must deliver a blended learning approach providing content in multiple mediums via editable learning pathways.

The contract will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for a further period of 12 months subject to 2 such extensions.
