Execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a technical equipment park (PST) in the city of Warsaw. Sitaniec-Wolica along with obtaining an occupancy permit.

1. The subject of the contract is the execution of construction works consisting in the construction of a technical equipment park (hereinafter: PST), i.e.: 4 garages, PST building, 2 maintenance and repair workshops and PST fencing (external and internal) and accompanying infrastructure in Sitaniec-Wolica along with obtaining an occupancy permit. 2. A DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT SHALL BE SPECIFIED BY: 1) Transparent design documentation containing sensitive information and classified documentation with the "RESTRICTED" clause. The list of documentation is attached as Annex 1 to the SWZ and 2) Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract/Agreement (SOPZ/U) - constituting Annex 2 to the SWZ.

3. The subject of the contract includes the execution of construction works within the scope of 2 investment tasks at:

a) Construction of PST – PUBLIC PART – marked as PART A,

b) Construction of PST – CLASSIFIED PART – marked as PART B.
