Elverum, Våler, Åsnes and Sør-Odal municipalities, hereafter called the contracting authority, invite tenderers to an open tender contest for a framework agreement for the procurement and/or hire of factory new multi-functional machines and digital photocopiers as well as a service contract for them.

The contracting authority shall be seen as 1 customer, however with several ordering and delivery addresses.
