The subject of the contract are services entitled Felling of trees and overgrowths on buildings and banks of rivers and streams in the area of the Nowy Sącz Catchment Board.

The Contracting Authority divided the order into the following parts:

Part 1 – Felling of trees and overgrowths on buildings and banks of rivers and streams in the area of the Nowy Sącz Catchment Board, area: Nowy Sącz Water Supervision, Muszyna Water Supervision, Limanowa Water Supervision

Part 2 – Felling of trees and overgrowths on structures and banks of rivers and streams in the area of the Nowy Sącz Catchment Board, area: Nowy Targ Water Supervision, Zakopane Water Supervision

Part 3 – Felling of trees and overgrowths on buildings and banks of rivers and streams in the area of the Nowy Sącz Catchment Board, area: Grybów Water Supervision and Tarnów Water Supervision.

The subject of the contract for Lot 1 are services consisting in the removal of trees intended for felling, as well as pruning of trees located on plots managed by PGW Wody Polskie in the area of the Nowy Sącz Catchment Board, the Nowy Sącz Water Supervision area, the Muszyna Water Supervision, the Limanowa Water Supervision. The removal of trees should be carried out on the basis of felling decisions issued in a given area. Decisions on felling will be forwarded by the Contracting Authority during the transfer of the work area.

The scope of services to be performed includes:

Water Supervision Area in Nowy Sącz:

1. Felling trees with a diameter of up to 30 cm + 30% for hard-to-reach area with disposal - pcs. 31

2. Felling of trees with a diameter of 30 - 70 + 30% cm for hard-to-reach area brews with disposal - pcs. 18

3. Transport of cut logs on the section up to 5 km with heaps in the area of NW N Sącz - mp 1,5

4. Care treatments - pruning trees whose branches limit the road gauge - Nowy Sącz - pcs. 1

Water Supervision Area in Muszyna:

1. Felling trees with a diameter of up to 30 cm + 30% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 18

2. Felling trees with a diameter of 30 - 70 + 30% cm for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 1

Water Supervision Area in Limanowa:

1. Felling trees with a diameter of up to 30 cm + 30% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 4

2. Felling trees with a diameter of 30 - 70 + 30% cm for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 9

3. Felling trees with a diameter of 70 - 120 cm + 30% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 8

4. Transport of cut logs and branches on the section up to 12 km with heaps in the area of NW Limanowa - mp 3,2

5. Transport of cut logs and branches on the section up to 18 km with heaps in the NW Limanowa - mp 4,6

3. Felling of trees with a diameter of 70 - 120 cm + 20% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 2

Water Supervision Area in Zakopane:

1. Felling trees with a diameter of 30 - 70 cm + 50% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 5.

The subject of the contract for Lot 3 is services consisting in the removal of trees intended for felling, as well as pruning of trees located on plots managed by PGW Wody Polskie in the area of the Nowy Sącz Catchment Board, the Grybów Water Supervision area and the Tarnów Water Supervision. The removal of trees should be carried out on the basis of felling decisions issued in a given area. Decisions for felling will be provided by the Contracting Authority during the transfer of the work area

The scope of services to be performed includes:

Water Supervision Area in Grybów:

1. Felling trees with a diameter of up to 30cm + 30% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 3

2. Felling trees with a diameter of 30 - 70 cm + 30% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 8

3. Purchase of tree seedlings - (Norway maple, small-leaved linden, or other native tree species with a minimum circumference of 10 cm at a height of 100 cm with delivery and planting - pcs. 10

Water Supervision Area in Tarnów:

1. Felling trees with a diameter of 30 - 70 cm + 50% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 1

2. Felling trees with a diameter of more than 70 cm + 50% for hard-to-reach terrain - pcs. 1.
