The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the territory of Sadki Municipality during the period of 18 months after the signing of the contract for the reception and development of municipal waste from the owners of the property where the inhabitants reside and the collection and development of waste from the selective point collection of municipal waste (PSZOK) and waste collected during the travelling collection to ensure that adequate levels of preparation for the reuse and recycling of municipal waste and levels of mass reduction of biodegradable municipal waste transmitted for storage in accordance with the current provisions of the Act of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 1439 as amended) and the current implementing acts to the above Act.

The subject matter of the contract is also the collection and management of municipal waste from the inhabitants of Sadki Municipality, to which specific sanitary rigors arising from specific provisions related to the epidemiological situation and health protection are concerned. The organisation of the collection of waste will be determined between the contractor and the contractor separately, taking into account the rules arising from the specific provisions, where there is a need.
