Renovation of the outdoor swimming pool in Esslingen-Berkheim:

The NRF is about 1 870 m 2 and the volume about 9 347 m 3 ,

The following measures are to be implemented in the course of the upcoming refurbishment:

- total renovation of the inner and outer pools (stainless steel lining),

- Renovation of the foyer, changing room and sanitary area,

- complete renewal of the technical building installations (heating, ventilation, sanitary, electric and bathing water technology),

- barrier-free access,

- energetic upgrading of the building envelope.

Work is expected to start from September 2019-May 2021.

Insulation work on ventilation systems:

- Mineral wool insulation on ducts rectangular and round - about 750 m 2 .

- Soft foam insulation on air ducts rectangular - approx. 230 m 2 .

- Fire protection clothing on air line - approx. 20 m 2 ,

Insulation work on heating systems with mineral wool and soft foam:

- Pipes with fittings partly with sheathing - approx. 480 running meters,

- insulation on fittings - approx. 85 pcs,

- Fire protection insulation - approx. 16 pcs.

Insulation work on sanitary facilities with mineral wool and soft foam:

- Pipes with fittings partly with sheathing - approx. 1200 m,

- Insulation on fittings partly with sheathing - approx. 35 St.

- Fire protection insulation - approx. 30 pieces
