The contracting authority wishes to procure a consultation service for the preparation of the viljandi city master plan 2040+ (hereinafter the general plan) and for the strategic environmental assessment (hereinafter KSH) within the framework of the preparation of the general plan.

The preparation of the general plan and the KSH have been initiated by the decision of Viljandi City Council no. 74 of 25 August 2022.

The task of the general plan is to define the principles of spatial development and general directions of development of the entire territory of the city, to set and specify land use and construction conditions.
