Framework agreement on the procurement of 24" TFT monitors ("24-inch standard" and "24-inch mobile") for use at all Bavarian tax offices including branch offices, processing offices and the locations of the Bavarian State Tax Office.

The minimum purchase quantity on the basis of this contract is 2,000 devices, the estimated purchase quantity is 8,000 devices (in each case regardless of the ratio between the "24-inch standard" and "24-inch mobile" monitors).

The contract runs for 3 years with the option to extend by another year.

The purpose of the award procedure is to conclude a framework agreement on the

Delivery of two TFT models ("24-inch standard" and "24-inch mobile") for the Bavarian tax administration together with the agreed option, which are agreed and qualified by the criteria specified in the appendices "24-inch standard performance matrix" and "24-inch mobile performance matrix".

The customer decides which TFT model he wants to purchase during the call-offs.

The framework agreement will be concluded for a period of 36 months (minimum contract duration), with a one-time extension option of 12 months.

The quantity structure for the duration of the framework agreement is given below:

• Minimum purchase quantity during the 36-month minimum contract period of the framework agreement: 2,000 units - regardless of the ratio between the "24-inch standard" and "24-inch mobile" monitors.

Estimated purchase quantity over the minimum contract period of 36 months: 8,000 devices - regardless of the ratio between the "24-inch standard" and "24-inch mobile" monitors.

The maximum quantity is calculated on the basis of the estimated purchase quantity plus 10 % optional overrun.

The maximum quantity is increased to 20% if the contracting authority exercises its right to renew the contract.
