We inform you that, during the preventive assessment of the risks related to the contract in question, no additional costs have been identified for safety measures related to the elimination of interference risks, therefore these safety costs are zero.

Engineering services aimed at the study and analysis of transport scenarios to support the evaluation of railway investments.

For a precise description of the service covered by the Contract, please refer to the content of the Framework Agreement scheme attached to the Tender Specification (Annex no. 4).

It should also be noted that the service covered by the Contract must be carried out in compliance with the provisions of the Technical Specifications attached to the Framework Agreement Scheme.

The award procedure is called pursuant to Legislative Decree 50/2016 (Public Contracts Code) and Presidential Decree 207/2010 - limited to the rules still in force pursuant to art. 216 of Legislative Decree 50/2016 - for the part applicable to the so-called Special Sectors.
