The provision that is the object of this file is the contracting of the basic home help service (actions of a personal and domestic nature and promoting a quality of life for users).

The basic home help service (SAD) will be offered to the municipality of Montgat as it is a guaranteed benefit established in the social services portfolio in which it is established as a basic municipal service included in Law 12/2007, on Social Services.

The home help service is an organized and coordinated set of actions, services and professional intervention techniques consisting of personal, domestic, psychosocial and family support, and relationships with the environment. It is provided mainly at the home of the person in a situation of dependency and / or with social risk, in order to favor and promote a better quality of life for users, enhancing their personal autonomy and adequate conditions of coexistence on their own family and socio-community environment.
