The provision of insurance services of the Municipality of Kielce together with subordinate organizational units and municipal cultural institutions and commercial law companies. The insurance coverage includes OC, communications and electronic property and equipment.

Scope of insurance:

All risks of physical damage and loss, including monetary value insurance, including at least:

- human actions, i.e. improper use, carelessness, negligence, mishandling, conscious and deliberate destruction by third parties and persons for whom the Insurer is responsible;

- the operation of water, i.e. water flooding from plumbing equipment, storms, flooding, storm, groundwater spout, surface rain, moisture, water vapor and liquid in other form, and frost, hail, snowfall, snow or ice, melting masses of snow or ice, hail; no exemptions in the PLO concerning damage to property located in floodplains or at risk of flooding

- hurricane (wind with a speed of 17.1m/ sec);

- fire;

- direct and indirect lightning strike;

- explosion;

- the fall of the aircraft;

- the fall of trees, buildings, structures and other objects on insured property (including in the fence);

- quakes, collapses, draining of earth unrelated to human activity;

- smoke, soot;

- supersonic bang;

- contamination or contamination of insured property as a result of insurance events and a rescue operation carried out in connection with the above events;

- the cost of repairs damaged by rupture or freezing of the conductors and equipment in the provision of the Insured, including water and steam supply pipes, air conditioning and heat pumps, including the costs of auxiliary works related to their repair and thawing. The liability limit for the risk of cracking pipes due to freezing is PLN 500,000 for one and all events in the annual period of insurance.

- manufacturing defects, design errors, material defects, which were revealed only after the warranty period;

- the indirect and direct impact of any vehicle on the property subject of that insurance, regardless of the person driving the vehicle — the liability limit 200.000 PLN;

Communication insurance of any vehicles owned by the Insurance or the Insured and/or used by it, if it bears a risk of loss or damage, or the obligation to insure them arises from a separate contract - the list of vehicles is Annex No 10 to the SWZ;

Including:

Vehicles: buses owned by the Municipality of Kielce — the Management Board of Municipal Transport and used by an external company to provide urban transport services, provided that the Ordering Party bears the risk of loss or damage, or the obligation of their insurance is due to a separate contract. Scope of insurance: Civil liability in connection with the conduct of activities in the field of its own and entrusted public tasks as defined in the law and in connection with the possession and use of property, for personal and property damage and the consequences of such damage caused third parties.
