Statsbygg, c/o the department Professional Resource Centre (F), the Finance and Analysis Section (FØ), hereby invites tenderers to an open tender competition on framework agreements for construction finance consultancy services.

The professional resource centre is a department at Statsbygg and comprises several different professional units who provide consultancy services for Statsbygg's projects.

FØ is subject and method responsible for cost calculations/estimating of the Directorate of Public Construction and Property's projects, including uncertainty analyses and life cycle analyses. FØ is responsible for the preparation of proposals for cost forecasts, program estimates and the management and cost frameworks for the projects, as well as the verification of the frameworks in the implementation phase.

In periods, The Finance and Analyses Section has large work quantities and therefore needs to gather external capacity. In order to increase the capacity and obtain special expertise, we wish to enter into framework agreement in construction finance/calculation.
