The purpose of this tender is to conclude a framework agreement for the realization of temporary housing in the form of unit construction. The contract is described in more detail in the tender documents. In total, a contract is entered into with 3 tenderers based on the most economically advantageous tender. The most economically advantageous tender is determined on the basis of the best price-quality ratio.

Because of the unpredictability / in terms of the inflow and outflow of asylum seekers, the COA needs temporary accommodation in the form of unit construction. This accommodation often needs to be realized in the short term.
