The North Karelian Procurement Action asks to submit an offer for multifunction equipment for the contract period from 18.04.2022 to 30.11.2025 + one (1) year option option option.

The service and equipment shall comply with the provisions of the European Union's directly obliging acts, Finnish laws and regulations and authorities.

The offer is binding and must be drawn up in the Finnish language. The acquisition process is in Finnish as a whole.

Multifunction device service (items “Service price/device”) means a total service; a multifunction delivered with its associated peripherals, software and management, monitoring, maintenance and repair services. The service must include, for example, remote management related to devices, user support, dyes, parts and accessories, excluding copy paper.

In the acquisition of MFPs based on the one-time pricing “€/device”, the device is acquired for the subscriber and the subscriber owns the device.
