The service required by One Vision Housing is a monitoring service for our customers who are designated as an Independent Living Service Customer living in either one of our Retirement Housing Schemes or in our Dispersed Housing Scheme.

One Vision Housing (OVH) is requesting tenders for their Assistive Technology Service. Currently the service offers a monitoring service to 988 customers (subject to change). This is broken down into two service — 334 customers in our Retirement Housing Scheme and 654 in our Dispersed Housing Scheme. Total connections 1312.
