The Framework Agreement refers to the ongoing call of remediation and demolition works within the Vätterhem real estate stock divided into the following seven tendering areas:

Moisture and water damage cleanup, Asbestos cleanup, PCB cleanup, Fire cleanup, Scrambling cleanup, Specialty cleanup, Coarse cleaning and emptying.

The procurement is divided into parts with the aim of facilitating SMEs to participate. A Contractor may tender in a tender area or multiple tender areas.
