The reason for the tender is that the contract with the current waste service provider is coming to an end. In addition, under European legislation, there is a need to dedicate the industrial waste segment because the total value over a term of four (4) years exceeds the threshold amount of €214,000.

The purpose of the tender is to contract one Contractor who can carry out the Waste Services for Education Group Noord and related parties. For each Foundation (Education Group Noord, rs de borgen and Terra), a contract will be concluded separately with the same contract conditions.

Given the nature of the Contract, of which the exact quantities to be deducted nor the total quantity can be specified, Onderwijsgroep Noord chooses to conclude a Framework Agreement for this tender.

The Contract is awarded according to the award principle Economically Most Advantageous Tender (EMVI) based on the best value for money.
