The contracting authority would like, via this competition, to enter into a framework agreement with a middleman (broker) of consultancy services within IT.

Assignments under the framework agreement will consist of communicating offers of consultants who can provide assistance with consultancy assignments, the development/further development of existing systems and assistance with other assignments within IT, as requested by the contracting authority.
