The subject of the contract is to provide banking services to the budget of the Municipality of Żory for a period of 4 years, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2027 in accordance with the conditions presented in the SWZ contained in the description of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is to provide banking services for the budget of the Municipality of Żory for a period of 4 years, i.e. from 01.01.2024 to 31.12.2027 in accordance with the conditions presented in the SWZ contained in the description of the subject of the contract, which will include, among others:

- opening and maintaining all bank accounts of the Municipality, including all accounts of organizational units of the Municipality, taking into account the conditions presented in the offer and in the material terms of the future contract (including newly opened accounts during the term of the contract),

- accepting all cash payments to all bank accounts of the Ordering Party,

- execution of domestic and foreign transfer orders from all bank accounts of the Ordering Party,

- providing electronic banking system services in the City Hall of Żory and

in all organizational units of the commune,

- the possibility of setting up deposits, including non-standard deposits,

- providing a bank system for identifying mass payments,

- providing the Ordering Party with prepaid cards used to handle withdrawals due to Customers and employees of the Ordering Party,

- providing, at the request of the Ordering Party, a service consisting in making payments related to employee remuneration,

- interest rates on selected bank accounts,

- maintaining a consolidated account,

- ensuring verification of the correctness of the entered bank account,

-providing a deposit management system enabling identification

and management of bid bonds in public procurement and other tender procedures,

- granting each year, during the term of the agreement for bank budget service, an overdraft facility with a maximum debt ceiling of PLN 15,000,000.00,

- handling cash payments by installing one automatic cash register at the headquarters of the City of Żory, Al. Wojska Polskiego 25 and Rynek 9 – a toll machine (accepting, among others, cash payments) in a place designated by the Ordering Party. The automatic cash register will be installed and launched no later than January 2, 2024.
