1. The subject of the contract is the performance of services and deliveries included in the scope of the contract entitled: "Winter maintenance of poviat and provincial roads in the winter season 2022/2023 - 3 parts".
2. Winter maintenance of voivodship and poviat roads will consist, in particular, in ensuring passability and limiting disruptions in the flow of road traffic caused by winter slipperiness of the roadway, snowfall, rain with snow, freezing drizzle, by removing snow, slush, as well as preventing and eliminating winter slipperiness and ensuring the availability of equipment and employees necessary to operate it.
3. The scope of the contract includes:
1) rental services of specialized equipment along with operator service for winter maintenance of roads and pavements,
2) supply of sand for the preparation of a mixture to combat road slipperiness,
3) supply of road salt with an anti-caking agent for the preparation of a mixture to combat road slipperiness.

Minimum list of equipment required by the Ordering Party in the scope of Part I:

2) backhoe - loader - 2 pcs.
3) roadside widening equipment / grader - 1 pc.
4) Ploughshare Plough - 1 pc.
5) wedge plow - 1 pc.
* denotes 4 complete pieces (i.e., plough+ sandbo-solder, on 4 separate carriers)
Note - additional sandbo-solers at the disposal of the Contractor will be
constituted the non-price criterion for the evaluation of tenders referred to in Chapter XX of the SWZ.
