The purpose of this consultation is to carry out project management missions within the framework of the development of the public spaces of the “Olympic and Paralympic Village” ZAC, its surroundings and the provisional platforms necessary for the organization of the Olympic Games. and Paralympics of Paris 2024. The development operation is located in the department of Seine-Saint-Denis (93), on the territory of the municipalities of Saint-Denis, Saint-Ouen-sur-Seine and Île -St Denis.

The present project management mission covers the realization of the deconstruction work of the existing buildings and structures necessary for the implementation of the project, the preparation of the land (demolition), the general earthworks, the decontamination of the land, the roads and sidewalks, sanitation, networks, green spaces, street furniture as well as specific works that will be carried out following competitive dialogue procedures for the implementation of innovations. This work will be carried out in two phases, the first going until the start of the JOPs (JOP phase), the second running from the end of the JOPs (Legacy phase). The financial envelope allocated to the development works is estimated at EUR 83,040,000 excluding tax.
