Tampere University Foundation sr (University of Tampere, TAU) is inviting tenders
for 'Two-photon absorption laser lithography', hereinafter also 'TPLL'.
The desktop laser lithography is for creating 3D microscopic features in photoresin materials, without the use of photomasks.
Devices shall consist of imaging and autofocus systems, galvo-based system for high-speed scanning, 2D translation stage for large area fabrication. The system should be able to fabricate structures in multiple kinds of material and with no limitation on the type of substrate. The system should not be required to operate within a clean room.
The laser lithography should be operated as an open system that allows integration of home-made optics, heater and magnetic stage.
System is mainly going to be used for basic scientific research approaches, but can also be used for prototyping industrial applications.
