The purpose of the procurement is to create a secure information system with a mobile application that allows you to manage internal and external visits and manage related data and documents, as well as share information with participants on visits.

This is a project financed by the Structural Funds of the European Union “Visits Management System” (Project No 2014-2020.12.03.21-0973), therefore the deadline for the award of the contract is dependent on the fulfillment of the project application by the implementing entity and the contracting authority has the right to admit the procurement procedure invalid if the implementing entity does not satisfy the full application.
