The number of hours can be varied according to the consultant's offered distribution of hours to employee categories in the Offer List (TBL), see Part II.2.4).

The estimated value, expressed in terms of estimated hourly consumption, represents an estimate, see also Part II.2.14).

The expected hourly consumption is estimated to represent only about 80 % of the estimated hourly consumption, see also Part VI.3(H).

The project includes the construction of a new approximately 35 km long double-track and electrified railway for 250 km/h over Vestfyn between Odense Vest and Kauslunde, and including 32 construction works.

The agreement includes client consultancy in connection with and preparation of tender documents for two contracts, which together will ensure the establishment of a catenary system on the new line between the interchanges.

The consultancy agreement (agreement/contract) covers client consultancy in connection with and preparation of tender documents for two contracts:
* 92900.770 "25 kV cable connection, New line over West Funen" (hereinafter abbreviated "92900.770"), which is offered either as an option in 92900.771, or as a separate main contract,
and
* 92900.771 "Electrification of New Line over West Funen" (hereinafter abbreviated "92900.771"), tendered as a turnkey contract.

Together, the two contracts will ensure the establishment of a catenary system on the new line between the interchanges.

The agreement covers client consultancy in the following phases:
Phase 3. Project for inspection
Phase 4. Plant project
Phase 5. Plant
Phase 6. Project completion

The duties of the advisor include in its main features:
* Preparation of Program Phase Report
* Interface coordination and design management, cf. SBR § 23, with regard to the establishment of catenary systems and electrification of the construction project 92900 "New line over West Funen".
* Preparation of tender documents for the turnkey contract 92900.771.
* Preparation of tender documents for the contract 92900.770, either as a separate main contract or as an option in 92900.771.
* Project follow-up after contracting with turnkey contractor on 92900,771 and contractor on 92900,770 if 92900,770 is contracted separately.
* Work environment coordination both in relation to Executive Order no. 117 on the client's duties of 5 February 2013 and Executive Order no. 110 on the duties of project designers and consultants, etc. in accordance with the Working Environment Act of 5 February 2023.
* TSI and CSM contributions to the tender documents: Preparation of preliminary system definition and hazard log covering the catenary system for electrification of the new line and specification of CSM documentation requirements for future contractor(s).

The number of hours stated in Section II.1.4) is based on the contracting entity's estimate of the number of hours the assignment, including all options, would cover if it were to be performed only by category B employees.

The number of hours can be varied according to the advisor's offered distribution of hours among the employee categories in the Offer List (TBL). If employees in category A are offered, it will thus regulate the total number of hours down, and if employees in category C, D and/or E are offered, it will conversely increase the total number of hours, cf. the document "Offer list (TBL) – 92900.R07".
