In accordance with the terms and conditions of the special specifications, the contractor agrees to the contracting authority for the delivery of software licenses and software assurance from Microsoft in classic mode (on-premises software) and in cloud mode (e.g. SAAS mode) for the needs of the Centre d'Informatique pour la Région Bruxelloise ( CIRB), and for the purposes of the potential contracting authorities benefiting from this contract, within the framework of the CIRB's central purchasing authority.
