1. The supply and maintenance of software for the management of electrical networks, public lighting, TL, TC and multimedia (FO, FTTH and HFC);

2. Installation and configuration of software;

3. Data migration;

4. Configuration on the solution side (APIs) of interfaces with other business applications;

5. Project management;

6. Support and training of GIS users and administrators;

7. Up-to-date documentation in French;

8. Support and technical assistance during the project period;

9. Annual software maintenance.
