Replanning of the open space Gustav-Hennig-Platz into a high-quality public green space with playground, recreational and recreational character, including a new version of the associated traffic area Amthorstraße and Rudolf-Dienerstraße, taking into account the following functions and conditions:

1. Open space - urban green spaces (estimated construction costs: 870,000 EUR net)

• Creation of a combined multifunctional green and open space of ecological, social and urban significance

• Strengthening the green open space structure in the city centre, including increasing and improving the quality of life for the population

• Creation of a themed playground according to the playground development concept for children aged 0-12 years and wheelchair users; Size: 1,000 sq.m.; Topic: (Puppet) Theatre

• Creation of a sustainably attractive water surface with feeding roof areas

• Creation of an attractive "forecourt" for the users of the puppet stage

• Preservation of the municipal tree population - vitality level 0-2

• Processing of the green space under the theme of increasing biodiversity

• Integration of existing urban art

• Classification of a multifunctional lawn for the purposes of temporary use, theatre and fire brigade assembly point, justice centre

• Examination of the classification of solar park lighting

• Examination, classification or implementation of a public toilet

• Observance of the guidelines of urban development funding in connection with "Future Urban Green" in the design of the facility under the aspect of a sustainable urban green

• Implementation of accessibility measures.

2. Transport facility - civil engineering areas (estimated construction costs: EUR 1,525,000 net)

• Creation of traffic areas in basic construction; i.e. closure of Rudolf-Diener-Straße for motor traffic between Schlossstraße and Amthorstraße

• Observance of destination traffic (entrance to the police station Amthorstraße 6 - emergency vehicles 24/7; Entrance Amthorstraße 1 - Prisoner supply and on-call service 24/7; Amthordurchgang Rudolf-Diener-Straße 2 - prisoner supply and on-call duty 24/7; Rudolf-Diener-Straße 1 - Employee parking spaces for the judiciary; Rudolf-Diener-Straße 2/main entrance - postal delivery justice; Amthor Passage - economic access to trade; Puppet Theatre - Delivery Theatre)

• Observance of current utilization of stationary traffic

• Provision of parking spaces for police forces in connection with the operational situation at the police and judiciary, as well as 3 disabled parking spaces

• Classification and testing of barrier-free cross-sections

• Classification of new street lighting including underground installation space and city network system

3. Attention to the requirement profile of theatre, puppet stage

• Strengthening the cultural significance of the theatre by improving its impact on public space

• Attention to the renovation concept for the puppet stage, planned end of construction 12/2024

• Barrier-free access to the building with appropriate access areas

• Creation of a delivery access road for 3-axle trucks

• Classification of 2 disabled parking spaces and bicycle parking spaces for the theater

• Creation of a disposal point
