The subject of the contract are services related to the suspended construction investment consisting in the construction of a laboratory and didactic facility with technical facilities, accompanying infrastructure, connections, communication routes and land development for the needs of the Innovative Center for Nutritional Sciences - ICNŻ (hereinafter referred to as the "Investment"). Construction works on the Investment were stopped at the stage of storey -1. By the time the contractor left the construction site, the entire excavations were completed along with their protection, as well as most of the foundations and a fragment of the cubic capacity of the -1 storey. The state of progress of works is determined by the Inventory and current photos – constituting Annex No. 18 to the SWZ. The investment was carried out on the basis of design documentation: Construction Project together with the decision of the building permit, continued in Chapter III of the SWZ

Preparation of tender documentation for the investment entitled "Construction of a laboratory and didactic facility with technical facilities, accompanying infrastructure, connections, communication routes and land development for the needs of the Innovative Center for Nutritional Sciences - ICNŻ" and performing author's supervision at the stage of construction works. The subject of the contract is divided into 3 Stages. 1) THE STAGE OF PREPARATION OF THE TENDER DOCUMENTATION; 2) THE STAGE OF THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT PROCEDURE FOR THE SELECTION OF THE GENERAL CONTRACTOR; 3) THE STAGE OF AUTHOR'S SUPERVISION DURING THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INVESTMENT; A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex 3 to the SWZ and a model contract constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ. 3. The Ordering Party requires that the following activities necessary for the performance of the contract be performed by persons employed by the Contractor or subcontractor (including a further subcontractor) on the basis of an employment relationship: activities performed by the Project Manager. Detailed requirements for the implementation and enforcement of the employment requirement on the basis of the employment relationship are specified in the model contract and annexes to the Contract.The contracting authority provides for the obligation for the contractor to complete a local inspection before submitting the offer, (written confirmation of the visit is required)The date and rules of participation in the on-site inspection:The on-site visit should be announced electronically to the following address: dint@sggw.edu.pl at least 1 – day in advance (working days from Monday to Friday). The Contractor shall include in the content of the application/notification of participation in the on-site inspection: Name of the contract; Case No.; Pursuant to Article 226(1)(18) of the PPL Act, an offer that has been submitted without an on-site inspection will be rejected.
