1.The subject of the contract is the provision of manual sorting of municipal waste, together with the performance of preparatory work for the sorting of waste and work consisting of manual dismantling of large-scale waste on the site of the Waste Development Plant (ZZZO) in Legnica at ul. Rzeszotarska. 2.The estimated number of man-hours for the provision of services under contract is 185.024 man-hours. The Contracting Authority stipulates that the above number of man-hours is estimated and subject to change depending on the needs of the Ordering Party. 3.The Contractor is obliged to provide a social and residence room in the area indicated by the Contracting Authority in accordance with the health and safety requirements for employees seconded to carry out the service. The social and residence room should be equipped with washbasins, shower cabins and toilet.
1.The scope of the work includes: 1) manual sorting of mixed and raw material waste into fractions (plastics, film, waste paper, glass and other materials indicated by the Contracting Authority) at the mechanical sorting line and at other locations indicated by the Contracting Authority in the territory of the ZO, 2) Manual sorting of other waste (e.g. construction) into individual fractions (plastics, film, waste paper, glass, etc.) at the sites indicated by the Contracting Authority in the area of the RZO, 3) work related to the preparation of waste for sorting and landing, i.e. the discharge of terraced waste, tearing bags, etc., 4) manual dismantling of large-sized waste using simple tools provided by the Contractor (hammers, axes, crowbars, handsaws, etc.), 5) maintenance of order at the work station and adjacent surroundings, 6) cleanup work in the area of the RFQ and adjacent area 2.The service will be provided: 1) in the sorting-room no. 1 (raw material) by 6 employees from Monday to Friday from 06.30 to 14.30 or from 14.00 to 22.00 (shifting system work), 2) in the sorting room no. 2 (mixed waste) by 40 employees from Monday to Friday from 06.30 to 14.30 and from 14.00 to 22.00 (working in shift system) and 20 employees on Saturdays from 07.00 to 15.00, 3) in case of dismantling large waste by 2 workers for 5 days a week (eight-hour change). 3.The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of modifications to the working time, including the number of hours on the shift, which shall inform the Contractor at least 24 hours prior to the planned modification. The modification of working time may also apply to the start of the third shift. 4.The Ordering Authority provides that work will be carried out from Monday to Friday by 48 people during the day and on Saturdays by 20 people. The Contracting Authority reserves the possibility of modifying the amount of employees (reducing or increasing), as will inform the Contractor at least 24 hours prior to the planned modification. 5.The Contracting Authority guarantees the minimum amount of man-hours to be worked during the period of implementation of this Agreement , i.e. 100,000 man-hours. 6.The Contractor will appoint: 1) Foremen (at least two persons) who will supervise and coordinate the work of the persons performing the activities covered by the contract, 2) The Health and Safety Coordinator who will oversee compliance with health and safety regulations by persons performing activities covered by the subject of the contract and will be a person to contact the Ordering Party with regard to health and safety issues. 7.The foreman and the Health and Safety Coordinator should demonstrate knowledge of the Polish language and in the employment situation by the Contractor or Subcontractor foreigners who do not speak Polish, also language or languages spoken by employees seconded by the Contractor or Subcontractor to fulfil the order.
