Purpose of the tender

The purpose of this tender is to choose one contractor where the end result is an implemented, working system with which trained employees can work according to the implemented best practice processes.

This for the domains:

1. ERP (production process);

2. WMS (warehouse management system);

4. Relationship Management.

This tender is supervised on behalf of the contracting authority by Region Rivierenland, Team Purchasing, located in Tiel.

The purpose of this tender is to choose one contractor where the end result is an implemented, working system with which trained employees can work according to the implemented best practice processes.

There must also be a support and maintenance contract (including concrete SLA) and aftercare must be provided after production. We currently use the custom ERP system from Thinkwise for a large part of the aforementioned functionalities, which does not sufficiently support the processes. In this tender we are explicitly looking for a best practice solution.

Werkzaak Rivierenland wishes to start using this new business software no later than 1 April 2024 and has the target date to start the implementation in Q1 (or Q2) 2023. In the tender, the new business software was described as the 'System'. The system is business software, which is designed to support internal business processes specifically in the aforementioned domains.
