Parkway 21 Requalification of the R21 in Laeken/ Neder-Over-Heembeek and development of a park space

This works contract covers:

The redevelopment of several roads and sections of roads (av. des Croix du Feu; av. Van Praet; ch. de Vilvoorde; av Araucaria ; A12; De Wand ; ...) as well as the development of a walking path, plots and green spaces in accordance with the plans and conditions of the permit that will be obtained for the implementation of phase 1 of the 'Parkway 21' project.

This contract is divided into 2 lots:

- Lot 1 concerns road and landscaping.

- Lot 2 aims at the realization and installation of the structure 'passerelle du gros Tilleul'.
