The subject matter is services for the Spree or the Spree-Oder-Wasserstraße (SOW) from Mühlendammschleuse at km 17.8 in Berlin-Mitte to the Long Bridge at km 33.2 in Treptow-Köpenick.
The embankments belong to different owners. In about 130 sections with a total length of about 18 km, the bank fortifications are the responsibility of the state of Berlin.
The documents on the embankments under the responsibility of the State of Berlin, which are available digitally and analogously at different locations, are to be viewed, recorded, digitized, stored in a database and evaluated.
The aim of the service is to describe the existence of these bank fortifications for
- the technical planning of the rehabilitation or renewal of the bank fortifications
- the technical planning of the connections to the neighbouring bank fortifications
- the verification of responsibilities.
In order to achieve this objective, services must be carried out in several phases:
Phase 1: Viewing, recording and documentation of existing documents
Phase 2: Identification of the relevant documents for the description of the stock
and assignment to subject areas
Phase 3: Digitization of the relevant documents and transfer of the files into a
Database
Phase 4: Evaluation and analysis of the database
