The municipality of Leiden and Oegstgeest have tractors for the executive services. These tractors are currently powered by diesel engines. In the period from 2023 to 2024, subject to political decision-making, the contracting authority wants to replace these vehicles with units in accordance with the Schedule of Requirements (See Annexes 1 and 2 for more information). The contracting authority shall request two types of tractors in two lots (see section 1.3 of the procurement guide for information):

• Plot one (1): version one (1) – compact tractor;

• Plot two (2): version two (2) – large tractor.
