Oslo University Hospital shall procure new large steam autoclaves for the Sterile Department at Rikshospitalet. All the four existing two door through steam autoclaves, with central steam supply, shall be replaced with three new through two door steam autoclaves with local steam generators. The three new steam autoclaves shall have at least the same size/capacity as the four existing steam autoclaves. The autoclaves shall be used for steam sterilisation of surgical instruments, including endoscopic equipment (minimally invasive surgery - MIS) with long narrow lumen.

In addition the competition will cover the procurement of new autoclave trolleys and installations for the supply of RO-water for the steam generators, as well as the existing washing machines.

The contract is subject to final approval of financing for this procurement.
